Wisconsin Events Projects Growth and Team Expansion in 2016

Building on the momentum from a solid 2015, the managers at Wisconsin Events project that the interactive marketing firm will expand business in 2016. In addition, they announced recruitment efforts are now underway.

“This year we’re looking to expand our services into new markets,” said Angela, Wisconsin Events’ President. “As such, we’re doubling down on our training efforts and adding new associates to provide coverage.”

According to Angela, Wisconsin Events’ current team has been engaged in learning about new techniques and new products they will be representing. “Our team stays up-to-date on the latest trends in on-site marketing,” she said. “We believe this knowledge allows us to provide brands with a competitive edge.”

Connecting with consumers is the team’s core strategy, so Angela indicated that associates also undergo rigorous customer service training. “We are tasked with upholding brands’ reputations as well as our firm’s. This means we must be diligent about the impressions we make on consumers.”

With expansion planned, Angela announced that the Wisconsin Events team will be growing as well. “We’re currently recruiting for career-oriented sales and marketing professionals,” she said. “Successful candidates will have positive attitudes, growth-oriented mind-sets, and the ability to work well with others,” she added.

Due to the firm’s in-depth training program, candidates do not need extensive experience. “We thoroughly train associates on our methodology,” Angela shared. “This includes how to perform research, work with brands to understand their goals, and create and implement campaigns.
