Wineshipping Announces the Completion of Its Executive Leadership Search

This Step Culminates the Assembly of a World-Class Leadership Team

Wineshipping, the national leader in Direct-to-Consumer (DtC) wine fulfillment services and developer of its Premium Tracking platform, is pleased to announce the latest members of its world-class executive leadership team in time for the start of the 2022 peak season. The newest members include Brad Terry, Chief Financial Officer (CFO); Steven Silverman, Chief Operations Officer (COO); and Randy Tucker, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Led by Randy Tucker, the three new members complete a list of hand-picked supply chain experts and advanced technology innovators, including Pawel Smolarkiewicz, Chief Experience & Innovation Officer (CXO), Chet Gandhi, Chief Information Officer (CIO), Fritz Maier, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), and Edmund Delaney, Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

"I am thrilled to begin this new chapter with Brad and Steven. With their industry knowledge and the combined expertise of the full leadership team, Wineshipping will deliver outcomes that exceed the requirements and expectations of our valued clients," says Randy Tucker. "Our vision for the future is bright and we will leverage our expanded talent pool to elevate, amplify and advance service levels."

Brad is the newest member of the team joining from The Keystone Group, a boutique management consulting firm with a focus in the distribution and logistics space. Interim CFO since December 2021, he officially started in the permanent role in July 2022. His focus will be on driving scalable, sustainable growth to enhance the company's performance.

Steven comes from NFI, a North American supply chain solutions provider, and brings over 25 years of senior leadership experience in logistics and supply chain management with a strong emphasis on direct-to-consumer fulfillment. At Wineshipping, his focus will be on the day-to-day operations, leadership development, demand planning, distribution design, and sales to ensure the company vision is fully developed at each growth stage.

Randy Tucker serves as CEO and Chairman and brings decades of experience, having served most recently as CEO and board member at the helm of GEODIS, a transportation, logistics, supply chain, and storage provider. Serving on the board of Wineshipping, he will connect policies with strategic implementations to simplify the end-to-end wine delivery process and surpass customer expectations.

"As part of this executive team—and the newest member of Wineshipping—I am honored to work alongside top-level supply chain talent and look forward to serving the interests of our customers," says Brad Terry.

"I am excited to work with the talented people in the company to delight our customers every day," says Steven Silverman. "I am looking forward to the continued development of our supply chain solutions that will enable our customers to grow."

"Wineshipping is committed to continuing its journey into operational excellence and innovation to serve our clients and is delighted to begin our busy season on this high note," states Randy Tucker. "With this greater scope of insight, talent, and practical experience, we anticipate an enhanced ability to support our customers in their busiest season."

This announcement coincides with the strategic plan to facilitate peak season readiness for Wineshipping customers. We encourage customers to check their inboxes for weekly communications.
