When asked what Vitality Consulting team-building activities were most effective, Jen exclaimed “Our team recently got together for a team night at Dauphin Island beach for yard games, music, dancing, and some delicious Southern cooking – you can’t ask for more than that!” While formal events for creating company unity were effective, it’s the informal Vitality Consulting get-togethers that the Director felt created the greatest sense of camaraderie. “One of our favorite team night activities is bowling. We always have a great time together,” she continued.
