On November 10, 2016, a lawsuit was filed against Diplomat Pharmacy Inc. over alleged securities laws violations. On April 11, 2017, an amended complaint was filed and on May 24, 2017 the defendants filed the motion to dismiss the case. On January 19, 2018, the court denied the defendants' motion to dismiss the lawsuit.
