*A.   Ordinance authorizing the award of a sole source contract to Odelson, Sterk, Murphey, Frazier, and McGrath, Ltd. for legal services in the areas of real estate and general municipal law, in an amount not to exceed $200,000.00.

*B.   Ordinance authorizing a change order to contract no. 232185 with BlueApple Health, LLC for on-site health screening services at eleven (11) additional Pace facilities. This action increases the contract total from $115,742.50 to $182,542.50, an increase of $66,800.00.

*C.   Ordinance authorizing Procurement to solicit and award 2022 fuel contract(s) in an amount not to exceed $20,678,307.03.

A.     Ordinance adopting the 2022 Operating Budget and 2023-2024 Two-Year Financial Plan for Suburban Service and Regional ADA Paratransit Service, the 2022-2026 Five-Year Capital Program, 2022 appropriation of funds in accordance with the Operating Budget and Capital Program, and authorizing the budget to be submitted to the RTA.

B.     Ordinance authorizing a change order to contract no. 228219 with TomTom North America, Inc. for digital spatial datasets. This action increases the contract total from $198,000.00 to $378,000.00, an increase of $180,000.00.

C.     Ordinance authorizing the award of a sole source contract to Trapeze Software Group, Inc. for Trapeze technology enhancements, in an amount not to exceed $158,226.00.
