Onorato joins TrueLane Homes to oversee construction strategies for the current portfolio and help optimize the company’s rehab, repair and maintenance, and turnover processes.
Onorato brings over 30 years of real estate acquisition, development and property management experience. He joins the company from Progress Residential, where he was most recently a regional service director, responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of new initiatives in the initial rehab, turn process and general maintenance of single-family homes. Onorato has also held numerous management positions with Haven Homes, prior to its merger with Progress Residential, and The American Home Company.
