Train the Trainer Long Life Training Program

Online, October 16, 2013 (Newswire.com) - NIST has successfully completed 20 batches of TRAIN THE TRAINER session and has enabled trainer certificate to prepare an individual to be a Trainer. Time spent worth in TRAIN THE TRAINER sessions has brought an understanding that it is not only just creating certified trainers in HSE but also molds a person with professional ethics which is required for his/her organization.

Through this there has been indirect benefit for the industries who are in need of professional trainers to clearly plan the training sessions. We had participants from Industries of various verticals as like fashion industry, information technology, and oil and gas industries to upgrade their training skills.
In each session we have participants who actively take part in the training session. In our batch we had combination of candidates from food Industry, BPO Centre and HSE professionals.

Each took part in the activities with enthusiasm and dealt their professional details. Participants benefitted best simulation times while doing twenty five minutes teaching session. In demonstration activity food safety professionals prepared a new dish of chaat item, airline professional did on first aid, HSE PROFESSIONAL did on operation of computers. We had the ratio of 70 percent participant part and 30percent TRAINER part.

We are looking forward for more food safety professionals in our training area as PTLLS could be a requirement in their profile to certify themselves as food safety trainer.

Teaching session aided with pre-instructions had created awe in the participants for them to realize their strength and weakness. Their inert skills in teaching are streamlined in this session.
