Compass Clubhouse

Artisan Development and Trio Properties are hosting a Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony this Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2019, from 10:30 a.m. until 12:00, noon, for Trail Run Apartments Vernon. Town of Vernon leaders Mayor Daniel Champaign and Economic Director Shaun Gately will speak at the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at 11:00 a.m.

Trail Run is a new residential community of 96 apartment homes, which is phase one of 312 total homes, plus retail/commercial space, planned for this exciting neighborhood development. The site sits back on burgeoning Talcottville Road and captures the vision of creating a new standard of nature-inspired, environmentally conscious living in the area. With so many amenities at the property, there is something for everyone, from the pet-friendly amenities like the fenced dog park, Bond & Bark to the well-appointed Compass Clubhouse resident lounge with entertainment kitchen, café, and Ascent Fitness, Riverside Aqua Lounge with resort-style pool, fire pit, and outdoor grilling kitchen. All community spaces and amenities have been carefully curated to complement a lifestyle on the go and are professionally managed by award-winning Trio Properties.

The apartment homes at Trail Run give a blend of spacious and serene studios, one-bedroom, one-bedroom-plus-den and two-bedroom luxury apartments with nature views. Bright and open floor plan designs are combined with an earthen inspired color palette, high-end interior accents like white, shaker-style cabinetry, Caledonia gray granite and stainless steel kitchens, and luxury, wide plank-style flooring to create a serene backdrop.  Apartment homes are priced from $1,450 per month for a studio up to $2,045 for the largest two-bedroom plan and are now leasing for immediate occupancy.

“Trail Run is an upscale residential community that seamlessly integrates urban-style living in a natural, green environment. Adjacent to the Hockanum River in the heart of Vernon, we are creating a vibrant neighborhood that encourages outdoor enthusiasm, green living, and local connectedness,” said Jack Yang, Founder & Principal of Artisan Development LLC. “I’d like to thank everyone on the team, especially Washington Trust Company our financial partner, for helping to bring this property from concept to reality.”

“So many great things are on the horizon at Trail Run. With additional phases planned and its connection to the Hockanum Valley River and Trail, this type of lifestyle community is exactly what residents are looking for,” said Jeff Ferony, Managing Principal of Trio Properties. “I’m grateful to Artisan and their partners, including community leaders, for seeing this project to fruition. It will surely contribute to ongoing growth in the area, and we’re happy to be a part of the progress.”
