The Thumper MAX portable Air Compressor uses a smarter internal circuit which uses a pressure-sensing switch, which, when switched on, will automatically shut off when the maximum pressure has been reached. This allows the Thumper MAX portable compressor to be used with the Adventure Kings 3in1 Tyre Deflator, which allows 4WDers to pull the trigger for high-pressure air on demand.
