The San Diego Union-Tribune Names UE.co a Winner of the San Diego Top Workplaces

SAN DIEGO, November 15, 2018 (Newswire.com) - UE.co is pleased to announce it has been named a Top Workplace in San Diego by The San Diego Union-Tribune. The list of San-Diego based companies is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey by Energage LLC. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, participation and community involvement, to name a few.

To be considered a winner of the Top Places to Work, organizations had to be nominated by an employee and have at least 50 employees in the metro San Diego area. Participating companies must have at least 60 percent employee participation in the volunteer survey and earn above-average marks from reviewers. Seventy San Diego-area employers scored well enough to receive recognition on the Top Workplaces list.
