The John Maxwell Team Sparks Youth Leadership Movement in Fresno, California

YouthMAX: leadership training skills for youth from the John Maxwell Team


Fresno locals Dr. Aimée V. Sanchez, psychologist, speaker and award-winning best-selling author, and Dr. Theresa Davis will be facilitating The 2nd Annual John Maxwell Team, Global Youth Initiative (GYI). The GYI is a worldwide event that is designed to teach leadership skills to kids ages 5-18. Half a million children will be served worldwide during the month of April in the United States and in over 52 countries.

The event is facilitated by certified John Maxwell Team (JMT) speakers Drs. Sanchez and Davis, who will be offering this event on 4/21/18 from 12 p.m.-2 p.m. at Crosspoint Church, 2518 N. Cedar Ave., Fresno, CA 93703.   

This event is free for children ages 5-18. Presentation topics include: Stand Up & Be Counted (Stop Bullying), Learning to Fail Forward to Success, Developing a Positive Self-Image and Developing Strong Personal Character.

In addition to offering engaging brief workshops based on John C. Maxwell principles, there will be food, fun, games, raffles and bounce houses.
