"The Foster": Improved Tool for Female Versatile Hairstyles

The Foster is a cordless, rechargeable, heated styling tool for the hair, that features three (3) interchangeable attachments for use with one universal base. The design intent is to provide those who use various hair irons to straighten, smooth or curl the hair with a more practical and versatile all-in-one unit with which to style the hair.
The tool base is a cylindrical, handheld unit with one end of the device featuring an open receptacle inside of which the individual styling heads are inserted. The interior of this tool is lined with a series of high powered heating coils and has an interior temperature reaching up to 280º for finer hair and up to 400º for coarser, thicker, harder to manage hair. An ON/OFF switch powers the unit with power supplied via a rechargeable battery source. A series of styling irons are inserted securely into the portable heating unit including a three-inch flat iron, a one and one-third inch flat iron and a standard curler. The Foster irons would be designed to be utilized within the heating unit with the heating unit itself serving as a handle for operating the irons. Televised test marketing has recently been completed indicating strong consumer interest in the Foster.
