The NonProfit Times Names The Assistance Fund Among Best Nonprofits To Work For

The Assistance Fund (TAF), an independent charitable patient assistance organization that helps patients and families facing high medical out-of-pocket costs, today announced it was named #11 by The Nonprofit Times—the leading business publication for nonprofit managementin its 2024 "Best Nonprofits To Work For" list. This marks the third consecutive year TAF has been named in this list of America’s best nonprofit organizations.

Nonprofits across the United States completed the two-part process to be considered for the 2024 Nonprofit Times' "Best Nonprofits To Work For" ranking. An employee experience survey accounted for 75% of the evaluation and workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics accounted for 25%.
