Teesnap Leads the Field in National Survey Based on Customer Satisfaction and Technological Innovation

​Teesnap, the fastest growing technology vendor in the golf industry, received the highest scores in a recent Net Promoter Score (NPS) evaluation commissioned by the Golf USA Tee Time Coalition.

More than 900 golf courses participated in the survey and answered questions in 25 categories, including program pricing structures, ease of use, and technological capabilities. In addition to achieving the top overall NPS, Teesnap led the scoring in 18 of the 25 categories. The results reinforce the fact that customers are aligned with Teesnap's mission to build all-encompassing solutions that allow golf courses to increase profitability while decreasing management time.

NPS surveys are used in various industries to gauge customer satisfaction in a variety of areas. 

The USA Tee Time Coalition was formed by the PGA and the National Golf Course Owners Association. Its mission is to educate owners, managers and golf professionals as to best practices among technology companies, online agents, marketers, general consumers, and the media.
