Team Modul Acquires New Mexico General Contractors License

​Modular building installer, Team Modul, LLC has acquired a general contractors license through the New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department. TM received this license to meet contractor eligibility standards within the state of New Mexico.

Under New Mexico state law, anyone engaged in construction-related contracting in the state must be licensed, including general construction work, electrical, mechanical and plumbing. General contractor applicants in New Mexico must submit a classification determination request, obtain a notarized Qualifying Party (QP) Certificate for experience, submit a notarized work experience affidavit, and a general contractors application with fees, proof of CID contractor license code bond.

Team Modul, LLC is a 100% Woman-Owned Small Business based in Texas that provides installation services solely to modular building dealers and direct manufacturers nationwide. During its beginnings in 2011, TM installed hundreds of commercial modular units, including permanent and temporary educational spaces, health care facilities, government housing, and commercial office spaces. Project sizes range from a few thousand dollars to over two million dollars in installation scope alone. TM is an active member of the Modular Building Institute and a licensed industrialized builder in the state of Texas.
