Award-winning Swiftclean Building Services has celebrated fulfilling its 20,000th order since the company’s formation in 1982 and is delighted that it should be with long term client Long Clawson Dairy.  Swiftclean carried out the cleaning of Long Clawson’s ventilation system in accordance with TR/19 in June 2015; part of the meticulous ongoing cleanliness and maintenance which the dairy observes throughout all its production processes.

“We’ve been providing specialist services to Long Clawson for many years, so it seems particularly apt that we should celebrate our 20,000th job with them,” says Gary Nicholls, Swiftclean founder and Managing Director.  John Burdett, Technical Director for Long Clawson and Robert Wollerton of Swiftclean marked the occasion together at Long Clawson on what was otherwise just another working day for both companies.  Swiftclean also celebrated the milestone by making a donation towards the fund raising efforts of the Clawson Riders, a group of 10 cyclists from Long Clawson who are in training for a London to Paris bike ride in aid of the Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Rutland Air Ambulance.

“Although this is our 20,000th order, the actual number of tasks is far greater than that,” adds Gary Nicholls.  “Many of our clients are multi-location organisations and each order often represents dozens of premises, so we suspect that if we added them all together from the start it would be closer to half a million successfully completed projects!”
