Spiffy® Acquires Your Location Lubrication (YLL) to Strengthen Fleet Management as a Service™ Offering

By acquiring competitor, Spiffy adds high-volume oil-change technology, dramatically expands team, fleet and markets for FMaaS

Get Spiffy, Inc. (Spiffy), an on-demand car care, technology, and services company, today announced the acquisition of Your Location Lubrication (YLL). This acquisition strengthens Spiffy’s Fleet Management as a Service (FMaaS) offering by adding YLL’s high-volume oil change system, technicians and fleet. Through organic expansion and the YLL acquisition, Spiffy now offers FMaaS in 20 markets.

YLL was founded in 2009 in Orlando, Florida, by Zachary Zeller. Over the last 10 years, YLL has expanded rapidly and is a five-time “Inc. 5000” honoree featuring 190% three-year growth.
