SHOP AND SCORE FOR HAWAII'S HIGH SCHOOLS

Times Supermarkets and Big Save Markets are excited to announce that SHOP AND SCORE is back for its 17th year. Now through Oct.17th, shoppers can help Hawai‘i’s public and private schools earn their share of $250,000 in Adidas uniforms and sports equipment.

“To help high school athletic programs on Oahu, Maui, and Kauai earn as many points as possible, shoppers should look for the SHOP AND SCORE Jersey logo near their favorite products while shopping,” said Chris Borden, Senior Director of Marketing and Merchandise for Times Supermarkets. “Over the past 16 years, we’ve been proud to provide over $2.25 million of much-needed support to Hawaii’s High School Athletic programs.”

Students, parents, alumni, and community members can earn points (1 point per product) for the school of their choice by purchasing participating products from Nabisco, Pepsi, Kimberly Clark, Pint Size, Quaker, Kellogg’s, Love’s, Darigold, Con Agra, Kraft Heinz, Reckitt Benckiser, Tyson, Crystal Farms, Farmer John, Diamond G, Chicken of the Sea, Sterling Silver, Flavor Choice and Paramount Distributed Produce (see participating product list at https://www.timessupermarkets.com/score) and designating the school of their choice at the time of checkout.

Not only can Hawaii’s Athletes score big, but in addition to the athletic equipment and uniforms, American Savings Bank will contribute $25,000 in academic scholarships. "Ten outstanding high school seniors will each be awarded a $2,500 tuition scholarship,” said Borden. “The scholarship program is administered by the Hawaii Community Foundation and the winners of the scholarships don’t have to be athletes to be awarded."

Participation in the SHOP AND SCORE program is free. To donate your points to the school of your choice, simply inform the cashier during checkout.
