DEL MAR, Calif., February 28, 2020 (Newswire.com) - The San Diego Polo team made history on Saturday, Feb. 20, staging a 10 goal polo match right on the track at the Del Mar Race Track with Club House Seating, followed by a Cuban Nights themed Concert and Dance Party in the Paddock.
Team San Diego DAOU Vineyards defeated Team Mexico Ranch & Coast Magazine by a score of 12-10 in a fast-action match on track in front of a large crowd of polo enthusiasts and social guests who, after the polo match, enjoyed cocktails and dancing in the Paddock to the tunes of the salsa band AMISTAD CUBANA.
On Saturday, April 11, the San Diego DAOU Vineyards Polo Team will host its 2020 White Party Polo Event at the Del Mar Race Track, taking on the 12 goal visiting team from Argentina followed with an Apres Polo Concert and Tango dance party featuring the band Fuego & Soul & The Buenos Aires Tango Show.
San Diego Polo has been staging very entertaining polo events for 33 years in San Diego and the 2020 Polo White Party at the Del Mar Race Track this April 11, featuring the match against the visiting high goal team from Argentina at 3 p.m. and the band Fuego & Soul along with the Buenos Aires Tango Show at 5 p.m., promises to be one of the best San Diego Polo events ever.
