Revolution Management, Inc. Hiring to Reach 2016 Objectives

The Revolution Management, Inc. team is hiring additional personnel to help reach ambitious goals for 2016. Company president, Colton, also announced a promotion.

​Every year, the team at Revolution Management, Inc. sets its sights on becoming bigger and better than ever before. In 2016, Colton and his team plan to increase their workload to around eight events per week before the end of the first quarter. They also intend to make several promotions that will align the team for continuing success throughout the year.

“Goal setting is essential to growth because milestones form the map of our voyage,” Colton said. “The Revolution Management, Inc. team is made up of truly talented people, but without clear goals, we would never accomplish much. It’s all about developing a well-defined game plan for each of the objectives we identify.”

Colton added that he believes his associates will have no trouble accomplishing their more ambitious goals, thanks to their work ethic and positivity. These values form the core of the company’s culture. He credited the firm’s recent growth in business – more than doubling their weekly events – to these central values.

He also indicated that the team has recently returned from a quarterly retreat. This experience rejuvenated the whole group and brought a new energy to the team. Colton thinks that all of his associates are excited about the holiday season but that they are now focused and ready to take on the new year.

In particular, Colton highlighted Phalyn and Sam as team members who form the backbone of the company. He asserted that their dedication to the team played a major role in the business’ early success.

“We are working hard every day to make this company great,” Colton stated. “I believe this drive forms an incredible potential for growth that keeps top talent coming to our firm. In turn, the excellent branding specialists we hire allow us to keep achieving more. That is a big part of why we are really pushing to expand our team in preparation for 2016.”

Revolution Management, Inc.’s President Discusses Recent Promotions

Colton is promoting a number of Revolution Management, Inc.’s team members to positons with added responsibilities. He is aiming to advance three members to trainer positions and one to an executive role before May 2016. Within the year, he plans to promote at least three associates to executive management positions.

“Nick B. was recently promoted to the event trainer position,” Colton added. “He will be training new team members and participating in our recruitment efforts. Nick has phenomenal work habits and an excellent attitude. Additionally, he has really put his MBA to use by bringing creativity and a focus on iterative improvement to everything he does.”

Colton indicated that Nick will likely be in an assistant management role soon. He also hopes to advance Nick to an executive positon not long after that. According to Colton, Nick is an excellent communicator who inspires others with his vision. “This guy is really going places with us. I am very excited to see what he accomplishes in this new role.”
