The winning selections for the Tampa Bay Business Journals Best Places to Work Awards were chosen based on a survey by Quantum Workplace. The survey asked the employees of nominees to evaluate their organization for team effectiveness, retention risk, alignment with goals, trust with co-workers, individual contribution, manager effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, work engagement and people practices. In order to qualify for the award, 100 percent of the company’s employees had to submit a survey response.
