Redefining the Friendly Skies: Celexus Acquires Aeroverica With Plans to Ramp Up Service

Conventional air travel used to be glamorous. Today it is anything but, with the small seats, lack of legroom, and extra fees for every little thing. Fortunately, Aeroverica has a solution: reasonably priced private jet travel from local hangars with local flight crews. And no irritating fees.

Aeroverica intends to become a premier worldwide jet chartering company which will be servicing customers and executives looking to travel to and from worldwide destinations. Careful acquisitions shall expand the fleet of private jets to be a part of a network of more than 100 charter jets.

Aeroverica is currently in discussions with two corporate jet chartering companies and is operating under a binding letter of intent based on the outcome of its due diligence. In addition to the continuation of acquiring other jet chartering companies, Aeroverica intends to add more aircraft and FBO's (Flight Based Operations) in strategic locations around the United States and internationally. By widening their footprint and capabilities, they can better meet the needs of their customers to and from any destination with ease.

Aeroverica will be a wholly owned subsidiary of Celexus, Inc.

Aeroverica's acquisition partners have been in business and certified by the FAA Air Carrier Certificate for 20 years and hold the highest charter safety ratings from a major auditing firm. The Company intends to redefine private jet travel by setting new standards in comfort, safety, and convenience.

"Aeroverica has led the way in safety by receiving the top safety ratings from every major audit firm which is why we want them as part of the Celexus family," stated Lisa Averbuch, CEO of Celexus. "Celexus is very excited to announce our acquisition of Aeroverica."

"With this rollup model, Celexus is looking forward to implementing a rapid expansion business model through the acquisition of an additional fleet of aircraft and international Hubs. This will create even greater ease of access to our customers and executives," asserted Ms. Averbuch. "This is the first step in becoming the number choice for executives' air travel."
