Workforce solutions staffing supplier Rangam Consultants, Inc. ends Q1 2018 on a high note after being recognized by TAPFIN as one of their Premier Partners.
SOMERSET, N.J., March 9, 2018 (Newswire.com) - TAPFIN, a ManpowerGroup company, recognizes Rangam as one of their Premier Partners for the second consecutive year. The recognition is given on the basis of the vendor’s overall performance in the MSP program. The key performance indicators that were factored into identifying the top 50 vendors were:
- Risk compliance
As part of TAPFIN’s Top Partner program, over 4,000 vendors across North America were evaluated on characteristics such as quantitative vendor performance, internal program surveys, and program-level scorecards. Rangam made its way to the top 4 percent of all TAPFIN vendors in 2017.
“It is with deep gratitude that I acknowledge our partnership with TAPFIN,” Rangam President Hetal Parikh returned the compliment. “Our partnership has been one of continuous learning and improvement as we navigate the evolving dynamics of contingent work. Our strongest service offering is contingent staffing through the use of MSP programs. TAPFIN has been a truly supportive partner in helping us sell our services to clients. Together, we can accomplish much more – and we definitely will,” Hetal added.
“I would like to thank TAPFIN for giving Rangam an opportunity to support them as a partner,” Rangam CEO Nish Parikh said. “We understand that our clients need to find highly skilled talent with optimal cost savings in a rapidly changing global marketplace shaped and reshaped by disruptive innovations. The way people work is changing faster than ever before, putting the capabilities of all vendors to the test. The uniqueness of our contingent staffing services is that we are tapping into a pool of untapped talent with unique skills and abilities. These individuals are innovative, dependable, and efficient; have creative problem-solving skills; and have a low turnover rate. Our goal as we make progress is to enable our business partners to step up their inclusive hiring efforts through collaboration and shared values,” Nish concluded.
