Norwell, MA , February 14, 2017 (Newswire.com) - Along with a keen understanding of the mortgage industry, Fazio brings extensive risk management, compliance, business process transformation, organizational goal setting and technical planning to her position as Director of Strategic Initiatives at radius financial group. Before joining radius, Fazio held the position of Director, Loan File Operations at Freddie Mac in McLean, VA where her principal function was to integrate new technologies and applications that greatly improved process efficiencies, which she attributes to proper system management.

Fazio’s career in the mortgage industry began over 15 years ago and took the path of specializing on the Process Transformation side of the business, which she has done for the last 12 years. Fazio has trained in virtually every department in the mortgage business to have a full and clear understanding of the internal and external cultural needs with an emphasis on motivation, recognition, and improved performance.
Fazio is a graduate of Hampton University with a degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders, Field Of Study Speech-Language Pathology. She currently resides in Stoughton, MA with her Husband Mike and her two sons David and Sonny.
