1. Short Circuit Protection Test

Testing equipment: DC Source, Multimeter, Electronic load mainframe

Testing method: 3 methods are taken to test the power bank. First, short-circuit the power bank after turning it on; second, short-circuit the power bank then turn it on; third, short-circuit the power bank for 30 minutes.

Criterion: During the test, the LED lights turn off and suggest no output. The power bank can be turned on by on/off button or being charged. (picture1)

2. Vibration Test

Testing equipment: Vibration testing machine, electronic load machine

Testing method: Frequency: 30-55-30Hz frequency sweep circularly with 60% amplitude. Speed: 1Hz/min, 30+/- 5min in X/Y/Z axis. Record the output voltage after the test.

Criterion: no apparent change that leads to burning, explosion or overheat. No functional failures. (picture2)

3. ESD Test

Testing equipment: Electrostatic discharge machine, electronic load machine

Testing method: Contact discharge: ±4KV to USB hardware; Air gap discharge: ±8KV on exterior shell. 10 times for each test.

4. Button life test

Testing equipment: Electronic load machine, button life tester

Testing method: Press the button with 300g force 60 times per minute. Press 5000 times in total.

Criteria: The button has no damage, deformation, poor contact and other functional failure.
