Project Noah to Introduce More New Projects After Fundraising Drive

It is building up to be a big year for philanthropy for Project Noah.

Project Noah which supports projects to address the root causes of societal challenges and create a systemic change to global development, global health initiatives and global policy and advocacy through collaboration with their partners, has reached its target to raise $15 million for new projects.

In January, Project Noah contribute the raised funds to projects benefiting the society in its 17th round of disbursements after its’ fundraising drive last year. Project Noah contributed nearly $10 million in its previous project cycle.

Project Noah was founded in 2001 by Noah Capital, with seed capital from two major foundations and three individual philanthropists. Project Noah’s mission – to drive initiatives and projects that inspire and contribute to the betterment and development of society through targeted funding areas, and produce outcomes that lead to equitable power, access, opportunities, treatment, impacts and outcomes for the underprivileged, excluded and impoverished.

Bobby Hadley, Charity Administrator of Project Noah and Chief Executive Officer at Noah Capital said he was thrilled with the contribution this year. “We can now work on more projects to create change and transformations on a global scale, pursue meaningful initiatives for the betterment of those in need. This really gives us a boost of confidence and initiative,” said Hadley.

“What we have learned from fundraising over the years is that we need to be specific and transparent, we must show what the money is being used for,” he said.

With the extra funding, Project Noah will be working on more agriculture development, water, healthcare and education projects.

Mr Hadley added: “I think there is scope for further development and expansion of our services and projects. We want to be able to reach out and help more people lead healthy and productive lives, particularly the underprivileged, excluded and impoverished.”
