President, CEO and Chairman of Prime Insurance Company Receives $200K Judgment

Rick J. Lindsey, President, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Prime Insurance Company, is pleased to announce the resolution of his lawsuit arising from an incident at Chicago O'Hare International Airport on Father's Day weekend 2014. First, he was acquitted of all charges brought as a result of the incident. He has since received judgment in his favor and $200,000 from the City of Chicago, resolving the associated civil matter alleging violation of his civil rights.

Lindsey and the Prime group of companies are known for being staunch fighters for their customers against frivolous and exaggerated claims. Prime settles claims when warranted but will go to court and fight hard for insureds that are in the right. Prime is not afraid of the legal system nor is it afraid to spend money to win in court.

It is with that same commitment that Lindsey has been a victor in his private life as well.

"Throughout this ordeal," says Lindsey, "I have continued to focus on my business, my staff, business partners and future opportunities. I was confident that all would result in a positive way, and it did."

Prime Insurance Company is an excess and surplus lines insurance company writing business in all 50 states, U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam. Prime has offices in Salt Lake City, Utah; Chicago, Illinois; Naples, Florida and Exton, Pennsylvania.
