Montreal, Quebec, July 5, 2016 (Newswire.com) - FLS Transportation Services Limited is delighted to announce the appointment of Pierre Gagné as their Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective immediately. Mr. Gagné will be based in the Corporate Office located in Ville St-Laurent, QC.
Mr. Gagné most recently served as Chief Financial Officer & Head-Investor Relations at GDI Integrated Facility Services, Inc. From 1995 to 2014, he was the Senior Vice President (prior to 2009, Vice President, Finance) and CFO of Cogeco Inc. and Cogeco Cable Inc., two publicly-traded Canadian telecommunications and media companies.
