As Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN), a leading physical therapy partner, continues furthering its service support growth, the California-based organization is pleased to announce several changes to its leadership team. These changes include the promotion of Lindsey Knox to Area Vice President of Operations and welcoming of Herschel Sharp as the organization’s Senior Vice President of Operations. Both roles will support PRN’s outpatient physical therapy growth model, as well as help to develop and diversify business for the organization across the nation.

“With the physical rehabilitation industry undergoing a massive transformation in its care delivery models, it was important for us to deepen our intellectual assets as we look to contend in this new era of innovation and operational scalability,” said Ajay Gupta, Chief Executive Officer, PRN. “Given this team’s experience operating in transformational healthcare environments, we are confident their capabilities will provide the momentum necessary to lead the organization into the next phase of our growth.”

Lindsey Knox was recently promoted to Area Vice President (AVP) for PRN’s Washington business units. Knox is an industry expert with eight years’ experience in not only treating patients but leading and supporting the growth efforts of her practices. Knox started her tenure with PRN as a PT and, through her many successes, has advanced to her current role as AVP. Knox’s positive influence on physical therapy will truly enable PRN to continue providing the best patient care in a friendly, supportive environment.

Knox holds a Bachelor of Science from Shenandoah University and an MBA from Seattle Pacific University.

Herschel Sharp joins PRN with more than 20 years’ executive leadership and strategic development experience scaling acquisition growth and operational readiness initiatives in the healthcare industry. Sharp’s track record of rapidly driving processes and operational growth activities will be essential in allowing PRN to continue improving its growth, care and revenue cycle models.

In his most recent role as Chief Administration Officer at Evolution Health (a subsidiary of Envision Healthcare), Herschel executed an internal restructuring plan that led to an emphasis on Homecare operations and Joint Venture development. He also spearheaded successful M&A transactions and operational resource deployment for capitated provider-payor partnerships, which yielded strong earnings, efficiencies and savings while raising quality scores for the organization.

Sharp holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M in College Station and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
