Fetish and fantasy photographer Dirk Hooper is among the artists chosen to participate in Dirty Show 12 in Detroit Michigan. The exhibition begins February 11 and runs through February 19th at Bert's Warehouse Theater. The Dirty Show is an annual event that features erotic art, performance and dance and people and has become one of the largest erotic art exhibitions in the world.

Dirk Hooper's work "Saw" is a large 30"x20" limited edition metallic print that features bondage model Hellecat and the Shibari rope work of Master David M. "Some of my most provocative and beautiful photos have emerged from working in the bondage genre, so I'm glad to see the jurors chose this piece. 'Saw' is what I consider a good example of riding the line between fine art and highly crafted fetish photography."

This year's Dirty Show features an opening night book signing with Special Guest Artist Rick Castro, a pioneer and one of the foremost figures in fetish photography. He began his career as a stylist working with Ritz and Witkin, working with major publications including Vanity Fair, GQ and Interview. There will also be a limited edition print from superstar artist Mitch O'Connell who will have other work in the exhibition as well.

Dirty Show 12 opens on Friday, February 11th and runs through February 19th, 2011. Bert's Warehouse Theater is located at 2739 Russell Street in Detroit Michigan. Advance tickets are on sale now and highly recommended. Details and tickets are available at www.DirtyShow.org.
