Pendo Systems Names Banking Veteran, Bill Woodley, as President/COO
MONTCLAIR, Calif., October 31, 2018 (Newswire.com) - Pendo Systems is delighted to announce the appointment of industry veteran Bill Woodley as President and Chief Operating Officer. Bill’s career in banking spans more than 25 years, where he has held a variety of executive roles in Europe, Asia, and the USA. Bill joined Pendo Systems Board of Directors last year making his first appearance with the Company at SIBOS in Toronto.
Most recently, Bill was the CEO of Deutsche Bank Americas and DB USA Corporation, the firm’s US Intermediate Holding Company. Prior roles included: Deputy CEO of DB Americas; Global Chief Operating Officer, Regional Management; and Group Chief Operating Officer, Asia Pacific. Bill worked for many years in the Equities divisions for both Deutsche Bank and NatWest Markets has extensive business and operational experience across strategic, risk management and regulatory issues.
