Patrons thoroughly enjoyed a fun-filled evening with the Jaspal Bhatti Awards 2015 to kick-start the month-long celebrations of AlphaOne’s 5th Anniversary on March 01, 2015 with comedians, singers, media and brand partners.
On March 1st, the celebrations began with élan at 5:30 P.M. with a tribute to one of India’s greatest comedians, Jaspal Bhatti with the Annual Jaspal Bhatti Awards 2015. The event commemorated comedians from Punjab as well as from Bollywood, for their contributions to the comedy segment. Actor, Mangal Dhillon was the Chief Guest for the evening. Jaspal Bhatti’s son, Jasraj Bhatti with wife Surili also graced the event that presented many live performances by various stand-up comedians like, Balmukund Sharma, Sukhbir Singh Baht, Mento, Preeto, Raja Saggoo, Nakshatra Gill, Kanwar Rahende, Lakhbir Lehri, Saloni Sarin, Jasvinder Singh Kaka, Paramveer Shurli and Jitender Suri. Besides, Sufi Singers Sunny Salim and Hinna Disingal, along with singers from the film industry also performed at the event.

On March 8th, AlphaOne, along with like-minded partners like Punjabi By Heart, Shoor Hospital, Mall Dhun and Malliram Jewelers will celebrate Women’s Day with BIG Tambola and Alpha Queen in the central atrium. Over 500 ladies will participate in the activity and will win Gold, Silver and Pearl jewellery. The elements have been kept simple as there are no pre-event registrations required for Alpha Queen. However, the MC will call participants on the spot, ask questions, make them walk the ramp and will eventually announce the winning contestants selected by public.
