Particle Measuring Systems (PMS) announced today that Andrew (Andy) Cowan has joined as the Vice President, Finance. Andrew Cowan comes with a broad range of experience within the Electronic Test & Measurement Industry, having spent the last five years at JDS Uniphase / Viavi Solutions where he was instrumental in leading the Business Finance Team for the Network & Service Enablement Segment.
