NYSL Promotions Developing Team With Promotions and Hiring

Promotions is currently expanding, according to the company President, Joe. He indicated that he recently promoted three team members and is hiring recent college graduates.

​The NYSL Promotions management team strives to give plenty of career development opportunities to all its associates. This means both advancing them to new levels of responsibility and helping them to learn new skills. Joe stated that he is particularly excited to be able to announce the promotions of Anthony, Brian, and Daniel.

“Anthony and Brian have been promoted to go and open a new office, giving us access to a new market,” he said. “They have worked hard for NYSL Promotions and really dedicated themselves to excelling in their roles. Both of them truly deserve this opportunity and have earned it many times over. I am extremely proud of both of them and can’t wait to see how much they will accomplish.”

Additionally, Daniel will be taking over Anthony’s place as the firm’s assistant manager, Joe added. He will be learning all of the aspects of running an office in this position. This includes hiring and other human resource functions, strategic planning, and team development. Additionally, he will learn how to think like a manager and guide a team to success.

“Daniel has shown so much promise in his work,” Joe said. “He is a truly a driven and ambitious individual. I know he will excel in this role as assistant manager. I am extremely proud of him and excited to guide him in developing his professional skills.”

With these recent promotions, Joe will be working hard to add new people to the NYSL Promotions team. He stated that growth is a major focus for the company, so he will be looking for people with the right mind-sets to help the firm grow. He believes that recent college graduates make up the ideal group to target because they are extremely passionate and dedicated to success.

“We will be searching college campuses for new talent,” he said. “Despite what some people may think, recent graduates have a lot to offer. The trick is to effectively show that value to potential employers. I strongly recommend making a LinkedIn profile as well as a portfolio website or blog.”

He continued to say that showing initiative through internships and personal projects is a big selling point for many employers. Of course, networking is important too, with which internships help.
