Hard work and dedication are key attributes of the Nashville Group team. Managers spotlighted four exceptional team members who have exhibited outstanding results and contributed to the interactive marketing firm's success.

“There’s no doubt in my mind that we have an amazing team,” said Andrew K., Nashville Group’s CEO. “I am pleased to showcase these four individuals who have made a tremendous impact on our team’s success: Joseph F., Kevin L., Gene A., and Nahja C. Each of these associates has been pivotal to our growth.”

Joseph, Kevin, and Gene are all Nashville Group campaign managers, while Nahja serves as an assistant director. “Each is extremely gifted,” said Andrew. “They take their responsibilities and goals seriously.”

Joseph stated, “I am responsible for managing my own team, building leaders, and driving sales for the businesses we represent.” For his goals, Joseph indicated, “I would like to reach new demographics with my team, so all of our hard work will be worth it. I also want to continue to expand our customers’ growth throughout 2015.”

Kevin shared his responsibilities as follows. “I am responsible for leading by example and driving as many sales for our customers as possible,” he said.

Gene A. also shares a vision of effective business leadership. “I want to be able to run a successful business,” he said. “I want to build a strong crew to help our customers reach new demographics.”

As assistant director at Nashville Group, Nahja described her responsibilities as dual purpose. “I am responsible for training and managing new team members on the customers’ products, as well as managing them in the office,” she shared. “I am responsible for building and managing my own team.” As for her objectives, Nahja noted, “My goals are to be a successful manager, continue to motivate individuals, and build professional people in order to grow the demographic for our customers.”

In addition to an exceptional team, Andrew noted that goals are keys to the firm’s sustained business. “You have to set goals. You have to have clear metrics and a path to achieve them,” he said. “No matter how good your team is, if you don’t have a plan, they can’t follow it. They won’t succeed.”
