Top Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeon Reveals His Musical Chops in a New Music Video That Will Benefit Kasem Cares
LOS ANGELES, CA, October 11, 2017 (Newswire.com) - David Amron, M.D., California’s resident rock doc and founder of the Roxbury Institute in Beverly Hills, has partnered with filmmaker Dean Gold on the production of a new music video, “Go Your Way.” Dr. Amron, who is a well-known celebrity plastic surgeon, allowed a more artistic side to shine, as he wrote, recorded, and performed the music track used for the video.
While David Amron is best known as a “liposuction guru” and a pioneer in the treatment of lipedema, a rare fat storage disorder, the doctor recently revealed his long history as a musician at the Los Angeles premiere of the film, hosted by radio DJ Kerri Kasem. At the event, Amron disclosed he had actually taken a year off of medical school to play and produce music.

“Go Your Way” has a whimsical charm with a colorful, retro-tinged style and an infectious energy. It features David Amron competing with a saucy female rival character whose controlling personality extends to her robotic dancers. It features David Amron on guitar and vocals, as well as Cirque du Soleil performer/dancer Angelique Janowski.

In addition to being a 20-year music host and radio DJ veteran, Kerri Kasem is also the founder of Kasem Cares, an advocacy organization dedicated to ending elder abuse and isolation. In support of the cause, Amron recently announced that a percentage of all proceeds from “Go Your Way” sales on iTunes will be donated to Kasem Cares.
