McMillin Realty's Alex Ortega Focused On Exceeding 2013 Goals
Online, July 30, 2013 (Newswire.com) - McMillin Realty's Alex Ortega has had a wonderful start to 2013, with 15 homes closed and pending and $3.8 million in sales volume, numbers that land him in the top ten sales agents at McMillin for the year thus far. Building on the momentum from his excellent first half, Ortega looks to exceed his goals and continue to deliver for his clients.
"I believe the market is coming back, which has contributed to my great year," said Ortega, "I am working with more traditional sellers who are using the equity from their current homes to buy new homes and achieve a higher standard of living."
At the beginning of each year, Alex Ortega sets an annual goal, which he draws down to quarterly benchmarks. "So far, I have met my goals this year," added Ortega, "My goal for the rest of the year is to close 15 more homes."
Ortega began his real estate career in 2001 and has over 200 closings over that timeframe. He focuses primarily on sellers, always striving for, and achieving, top dollar for his clients. Although he has closed homes all over San Diego County, the majority of his focus is in the South County market.
According to Ortega, successful real estate agents are persistent, have integrity, and are highly motivated. He uses these key attributes to work feverishly on behalf of his clients, whose referrals are a testament to his abilities as an agent. "Most of my business is by referral," Ortega continued, "I like to keep in touch with current and former clients on a bi-monthly basis to update them on the market and address any questions they may have about real estate. It is important to keep that line of communication open." With an excellent track record, Alex Ortega's client base continues to grow exponentially.
