McMillin Realty Welcomes Three Agents to Team
Online, April 12, 2012 (Newswire.com) - McMillin Realty's roster of real estate experts continues to expand as they announce three agents have joined their team. Carlos Valdez Jr. and Cesar Espino are new to the company, while Paul Moses returns to his roots. McMillin Realty is proud to welcome all three agents to the team in 2012.
Mr. Valdez Jr. joins McMillin Realty after many years as a superintendent in commercial construction. Mr. Valdez Jr. has found several similarities between his previous occupation as a superintendent and his new career in real estate. "The only real adaptation I have had to make between what I do now and what I was doing has to do with prospecting clients," said Mr. Valdez Jr., "I get a great deal of satisfaction out of prospecting because I get to meet new people and present the qualities myself and McMillin Realty have to offer. I love the flexibility of working with who I want when I want." Right now, Mr. Valdez Jr. can do traditional sales, and is in the process of becoming short sale certified, partaking in training and working closely with other McMillin agents as a cohesive team to further his knowledge and understanding of the business.
Mr. Moses returns to McMillin Realty after beginning his career as a real estate agent with the company in 1999. "It was nice to be in the same place and have that level of consistency for me and my clients," said Mr. Moses, "McMillin Realty is well-known and highly regarded in San Diego. The office is great, it is a nurturing place that allows me to get the information and resources I need to help my clients, but still grants me the independence and flexibility to work on my own." Mr. Moses can represent both sides in a traditional sale and is finalizing his certification for short sales and foreclosures. He is a photography expert, is bilingual, and has a long list of client referrals due to his "client first" approach to business.
Mr. Espino started his career in Las Vegas prior to his move to San Diego, where he worked for McMillin Realty Agent Patti McKelvey for nine months before transitioning to his role as an agent. "I saw how good they were and how they offered what a brokerage should offer," said Mr. Espino, "Plus, they are so engrained in the local community and their core values of giving back and being a good corporate citizen really resonated with me." Mr. Espino attributes his quick acclimation to McMillin in large part from their training programs, "The organization and detail of their program makes it easy to transition from doing business in Nevada to California," continued Mr. Espino. Between San Diego and Las Vegas, Mr. Espino has over 11 years of experience, and can work traditional sales, short sales, and foreclosures. He also has a degree in interior design, giving him the eye for perfecting his clients' homes so they are "show ready".
