McMillin Realty Honors Agents At Annual Reception
Online, November 2, 2011 (Newswire.com) - McMillin Realty recently held its annual agent reception to honor several of its 150 agents. Owner Scott McMillin and his wife hosted the reception at their Coronado home, where Mr. McMillin gave an update on the company, recognized employees for 10 years of service, and began a new series of awards to honor the principles of McMillin Realty.
The McMillin Realty family had several employees reach a key landmark this year. Arabella Norman, Fay Ryan, and Betty Stoike were honored with plaques for reaching 10-years with the company, an achievement held by many of their colleagues. In total, McMillin Realty has 50 employees who have been with the company for at least 10 years, a testament to the loyalty and virtues of the McMillin culture.
To conclude the awards portion, Mr. McMillin started a new annual tradition by recognizing one agent who best exemplifies each of the nine principles of McMillin Realty, as authored by Corky McMillin, Founder of McMillin Realty. These awards embody the spirit of the company and carry on the Corky McMillin legacy.
