Matthew Barra Named Program Manager at Resolution Development Services

Matt has more than 10 years of experience in engineering, product development and program management roles with a focus on life sciences and medical devices. Most recently, Matt was with Philips Healthcare, where he was responsible for cross-functional activities for a defibrillator/monitor development program. Matt holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University.
