Matt Gilbreath Joins SNH Capital Partners as Managing Director

Matt will lead the BST team's efforts in identifying and executing value creation opportunities for CEOs, founders and other leaders within SNH's partner companies.
Prior to joining SNH, Matt was a consultant at McKinsey & Company where he served clients and led practice operations in a wide range of functional areas, from manufacturing to customer experience, across multiple industries. Previously, Matt served as the VP of Supply Strategy and Capital Projects at Diageo, the world's largest spirits company, where he led efforts across multi-year capital programs, all areas of continuous improvement, and the Supply PMO. Matt started his career in the U.S. Navy as a Submarine Officer.
