Local Emergency Room Leader Joins PhysicianOne Urgent Care as Massachusetts Medical Director

Brian L. Cruz, MD, MBA, MSF brings extensive emergency medicine leadership experience to his new role as Massachusetts Medical Director

PhysicianOne Urgent Care is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Brian L. Cruz, MD, MBA, MSF as its Massachusetts Medical Director. Dr. Cruz will be responsible for ensuring comprehensive delivery of services and high-quality patient care in PhysicianOne Urgent Care’s Massachusetts urgent care centers, helping patients with non-life threatening illnesses and injuries avoid the long waits and costs of the Emergency Room.

Dr. Cruz is a board-certified emergency medicine physician with more than 20 years of experience working in Massachusetts emergency departments and urgent care settings. Most recently, Dr. Cruz practiced as an Attending Physician at Winchester Hospital, and was the Treasurer and Director of Emergency Medicine Extenders at Winchester Emergency Medicine Associates.
