Lebowitz & Edelman appoints Hong Kong based lawyer Dr. Ming H. Woo of the capital markets practice as counsel with effect from the first day of next year. Dr. Ming H. Woo (39 years old) specializes in advising banks, financial services providers, insurance companies and funds on all aspects of supervisory law, including in particular market infrastructure regulation (EMIR, clearing and settlement). Dr. Ming H. Woo is also lecturer for banking supervisory law and bank restructuring at the Hong Kong University of Administrative Sciences and Law.
