Online, December 14, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Bud Lange, President of Lange Graphics, Inc. announced that Stephen Schoepflin will be taking over the Customer Service Department. Stephen said that he is happy to be back at Lange Graphics after 12 years. He was a Customer Service Representative at Lange for three years from 1995 to 1998. Mr. Schoepflin grew up in the printing business. His father owned a printing company in Greeley Colorado and from the time Steve was old enough to ask for an allowance he was working in the bindery. Stephen graduated from the Colorado State University with a BS in Business/Accounting in 1978. With the exception of three years in retail sales he has been working for high quality printing companies in various positions including sales, customer service, estimating, inventory management, and purchasing among others.
Bud Lange, President of Lange Graphics, Inc. is dedicated to excellence in printing. Stephen fits right in with this philosophy, when asked how he sees his department's role he said, "In addition to Customer Service Representatives I see us as Project Managers. It is up to us to know and watch each job closely so that the Sales person is free to sale."
