Carrie's background includes marketing, sales and management of almost every type of printed material a business could need or want. First of all Carrie holds a B.S. in Technology in Commercial Graphics from Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, Kansas and is a Certified Document Consultant through Print Services & Distribution Association (formerly DMIA). In addition to that she has been accredited by Customer Champion, a graduate of Dale Carnegie and the National Postal Forum Certificates.
