In litigation, there are conventional ways to obtain material, which are Interrogatories, Requests for Production, and Depositions. Kirk will be teaching about the broader arrays to find discovery, which are home and work computers; cell phones and tablets; flash drives and external hard drives; cloud storage/vendor’s servers; social media; and much more.
