ISSSP Announces September Webinar: Who Wants to Be a Lean Geek?

What is the best way to explain the technical concepts of one-piece flow, Kanban, and variation reduction? By providing more tactile and visual learning environments, continuous improvement and training professionals can get more results out of their training. This topic will be discussed in an upcoming webinar presented by the International Society of Six Sigma Professionals (ISSSP) on Wednesday, Sept. 16, at 2 p.m. CT.

The webinar will show engaging ways to train audiences on Lean concepts through fun games and activities such as Lego Factory, Lean Bingo, and Kanban Pizza. It will also provide an overview of methods and tricks on how to keep audiences listening and learning.

This webinar will be presented by Brent Weichers. He brings over 35 years of Lean transformation experience, with Toyota and Danaher as the biggest portion of his professional background. He has trained agencies of the federal government and major corporations through their Lean journey. He is also a presenter at the Association of Manufacturing Excellence conference each year.
