ISSSP Announces August Webinar: How Process Simulation Can Support Six Sigma Projects

ISSSP

How does the development of process simulation work as a tool in Six Sigma and process improvement projects? This topic will be explored in an upcoming webinar presented by the International Society of Six Sigma Professionals (ISSSP) Wednesday, Aug. 19, at 2 p.m. CT.

The webinar will discuss a healthcare case study on the current application of process simulation in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic and will also explore how to start an initial process simulation study.

This webinar will be presented by Liam Hastie, Principal Simulation Engineer and Simulation Consultant at SIMUL8 Corporation. With over a decade of experience in training teams on the use of simulation to add value and win buy-in on Lean process improvement projects, Liam began as an industrial engineer and Six Sigma consultant and now focuses on using these principles with other tools such as data mining, machine learning, and automation to make process simulation more rapid and accessible for everyone.
