In Recognition Of His Contribution To The ASCCA Easter Seals Camp, The Alabama State Legislature Proclaimed June 5 "Marc Roberts Day."

In recognition of his contribution to the ASCCA Easter Seals Camp, the Alabama State Legislature honored Marc and proclaimed June 5 "Marc Roberts Day."

Marc is the Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Marc Roberts Companies. Marc is also a senior managing director of The Falcone Group, a privately-held, multibillion-dollar entity that specializes in real estate, telecommunications and financial industries. Marc is the President and Co-Chairman of Miami Worldcenter Group, LLC, which is developing one of the largest private master-planned urban environments in the world.

Marc began his career in 1978 in West Orange, N.J. He met his first non-boxing client while at American University in Washington, DC. Since then, Marc has launched dozens of entities, including two public companies. Marc took Triple Threat Enterprises public in 1990, making him the first and only person to put a boxing management company on the NASDAQ. He later took his second company, World Wide Entertainment Sports Corp., public in 1996.WWES was the first full service sports management company on the NASDAQ.

In recognition of his contribution to the ASCCA Easter Seals Camp, the Alabama State Legislature honored Marc and proclaimed June 5 "Marc Roberts Day."

Marc was also named the 2005 Man of the Year by the South Florida chapter of the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation where he has been instrumental in raising over $1 million dollars. Marc continues to serve on the Board of Trustees of the Florida Chapter of the organization.

Marc sponsored the 2006 Maccabi Youth Games for Metro-West New Jersey, which was held in Vancouver, Canada and Phoenix, Arizona. In 1997 Marc also sponsored the entire swimming competition for the National Maccabi Youth Games in New Jersey. Marc has made other significant charitable contributions to the Jackson Memorial Hospital, Camillus House, and various other causes.

On May 30, 2007, Marc was awarded the distinction of being admitted into the New Jersey Jewish Hall of Fame.
