IES Test Prep NYC Sponsors New SAT Competition
Students compete for cash prizes while getting better prepared for the new SAT
New York, NY, March 9, 2016 (Newswire.com) - In concert with the College Board’s extensive overhaul of the SAT, IES Test Prep is pleased to announce the 2016 New SAT Competition. On March 12th, 13th, 19th, 20th and 26th, students in 8th through 11th grade are invited to visit the New York City campus ( 5559 Chrystie St, Suite 212, NY, NY 10002) from 10am to 1pm to participate. Contestants will take a mock New SAT Test on any one of the competition dates. Cash prizes will be offered for first, second and third place winners. In addition, each participating student will be entered into a drawing to receive a free SAT course at IES Test Prep. IES is also continuing its 2016 Open House this month allowing parents and students to receive insight on preparing for the newly redesigned SAT. This community service event takes place at the New York campus each Wednesday through Saturday from 1pm to 5pm and features experienced counselors providing free guidance about the expected content of the new SAT, as well as insight and practical tips on the best methods to prepare for the updated test.
